          Hi Sandaru, Thanks for sharing the pictures with us. All looks great! Did you spot any other airlines during your departure from Colombo? Is B727F still parked next to hangar?

            Hi Banu it's China eastern A330-200 PVG CMB.

            2 737s were only on selected days.

              Thanks Serendib :-) Yes the service was great, the crew treated passengers very well, they even let me visit to the flight deck after arriving to BKK!! our return flight flew through some rough clouds while flying over andaman sea, pilots deviated a bit to south off course. It was bumpy till passing Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

                  Are the seats in 4R-ALC and 4R-ALD confortable ? What do you think of the cabins and seat's leg room of these aircraft ?

                    Yes, for me it was somewhat ok. It was not too tight.

                      Ok thanks Sandaru. What is the passenger load factor on both BKK flights? UL currently operating 3 Daily to Bangkok from Colombo.

                                Well, the seats were pretty old to begin with and the leg-room was cramped up, however the IFE was new and even though it wasn't responsive it was pretty average overall.

                                UL should really look to revamp their in-flight service starting off with an improved menu and upgrade their IFE inline with other carriers in the region since the selection available was very much outdated.
                                The service was average, and overall the entire experience on UL364 was up to my expectations.
