in simple English, we all know UL will launch flights to SEZ (hopefully), as far as my understanding goes with this rubbish dailynews, MJ didnt see much of an opportunity with SEZ ops, coz in my knowledge SEZ is an upmarket (very expensive) tourist destination, so why on earth would any traveler travel on an LCC, and that too MJ, coz if its (SEZ) suitable for LCC's then G9 (air arabia) or flydubai would already fly to it.
so SEZ only fits for UL (a FSC from sri lanka) and not MJ, beyond that we all know Dailynews is RUBBISH!!!!!!!!!! so why bother even reading an article from their so called version of "ENGLISH".

Additionally if unit costs were a concern in making such a decision, they should stop giving freebies such as food and luggage. Additionally they should expand more in order to build up their size. No successful LCC is small. These guys should get a foreign management team from various LCCs and pay them more! It would be worth it because at least they would understand these concepts and make MJ profitable.
as a student of Aviation Management at Emirates Aviation College, the way Sri Lankan aviation or Indian subcontinental aviation takes place is JOKE.

And i for one would NOT like to be onboard and aircraft belonging to an outfit like this when they turn one engine off mid flight, God knows what could happen if the pilots are of same thinking/mentality as the people running this outfit !
I really do fear the worse for BOTH airlines when decisions like this are made..

in my own knowledge the Brunei president or the king or whatever does use a Royal Air Brunei (national airline) A340-200 for his personal visits but that a/c is just for him although in airline's colors it doesn't perform flights for the airline at all, its just there for him although in the airline's colors. I think Sri Lanka should adopt that with 4R-ADG just for MR after all of UL A333 are delivered, honestly that way it really wouldn't cost 21 billion rupees a year.
