Under the agreement, both parties will work to raise the number of weekly services between the countries to 70. In addition, services between Kunming & Colombo will not be limited. CAAC reported that in 2015, there were 39 weekly services between China & Sri Lanka, which brought about 400,000 people traveling between the two countries, up 34% year-on-year.
