    Last time arkia came to CMB the route it took tracked over the horn of Africa as far as i can remember. Could be because of the restrictions from the Arab countries with regard to the on going conflict. So maybe its a technical stop at Dire Dawa?

              • FitsAir is commencing CMB-DAC services from 16April twice weekly, Tue and Sat evening returning Wed and Sun morning.
                Also recommencing CMB-MLE four times weekly, on Tue/Wed/Sat/Sun, with connections to and from DAC.

                  So they are ending the Wet Lease to UL or getting another aircraft?

                          • Indigo Airlines, a budget airline from India is tipped to operate direct flights between Chennai and Jaffna later this year.

                            The Sri Lankan Airport Aviation Authority told the Daily News that Palaly airport is being upgraded and the runway is to be extended while other facilities will be given a facelift too. The Palali International Airport in Jaffna is already receiving direct flights from Air India and this would be the second international airline to operate in the homeland.​
