Part of a scheduled plan to refuel and crew change before continuing its journey to DOH. QR occasionally, albeit rarely visits CMB for things like this, during early 2024, QR sent their A35K from AKL to CMB for a crew change and refueling onwards to DOH (Please someone correct me if i'm wrong).

No idea unfortunately : ( but this will fit in with Air Astana operating flights to CMB which is also starting in December, most charter airlines like SkyUP and FlyOne will begin flights to HRI also in december... was originally scheduled on OCT.
I feel 3K should go for daily service to CMB instead of half hearted 5 weekly. Any thoughts?

Agree with this, I think 3K will expand CMB operations to 7 weekly next year definitely, I think they went against it because of UL starting additional flights to SIN.. Would be nice to see TR (Scoot) at CMB too..You do not have permission to view this gallery.

I see UL is planning to upgrade CMB-DAC flights from 332 to 333 from 8th Dec. Decision may have been made Bangladesh tourists travelling to Sri Lanka and Maldives have been increased following the Indian Visa suspension on Bangladeshis. Hope to see Biman and US Bangla Airlines start looking at CMB route.
May be by 8th Dec, ALM and ALN would return to revenue service.

Same as the UL traffic, 8D is experiencing over 87% load factor on CMB DAC CMB route 3 days per week, with connecting flights to MLE on daily basis.
